COVID-19 DAILY HEALTH UPDATE
(Information from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) current as of 1:00 p.m. Central, Wednesday, June 10, 2020.)

  • Total negative counts: 357,112 (+9,902)
  • Total positive counts: 21,593 (+285)
  • Total ever hospitalized: 2,943 (+39) or 14%
  • Total deaths: 671 (+10)

LFB RELEASES MAY 2020 GENERAL FUND TAX COLLECTIONS
The Legislative Fiscal Bureau (LFB) today released the May 2020 general fund tax collections for the state, which showed collections were down $66 million compared to May 2019.

STATE OF WISCONSIN’S BUREAU OF CORRECTIONAL ENTERPRISES INTRODUCES LINE OF SAFE SPACE PRODUCTS
The Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) Signage Division is proud to announce the release of a new product line called SAFE SPACE PRODUCTS.
As society adapts to the current conditions, cautiously proceeds through the reopening phase, and proactively makes long-term plans, the product line offers a diverse selection of protective shields, necessary social distancing signage, and hand sanitizing stations.

LEGISLATIVE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES BUREAU RELEASES VIRTUAL TRAINING WEBINARS 
The Legislative Technology Services Bureau has released recorded presentations and workshops provide information about the US Census and the relevant laws, processes, and principles of local redistricting in Wisconsin.

You will also find training materials on the use of the local redistricting software that will be used in Wisconsin in 2021 called: “WISE-LR”
